Constellation Earns CMMC Level 2 Certification Reinforcing Commitment to Cybersecurity

Baltimore (Nov. 12, 2025) — Constellation (NASDAQ: CEG), the nation's largest producer of clean energy and a leading supplier of energy products and services, has achieved Level 2 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

CMMC is a Department of War (DoW) program that requires contractors in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) to be certified in accordance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity standards for the protection of sensitive Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Federal Contract Information (FCI). The CMMC framework provides a unified standard for safeguarding this data and verifying the security of DoW contractors and their supply chains.

"In today's landscape of evolving cybersecurity threats, this achievement reinforces our role as a trusted energy partner and demonstrates the emphasis we place on being as prepared as possible when it comes to safeguarding our customers and stakeholders," said Dan Sadler, vice president and chief information security officer, Constellation.

Constellation Energy Solutions, a DIB prime and subcontractor, is committed to protecting DoW client information as part of the commercial and industrial work led by the business to strategize energy efficiency solutions, actualize cost savings, modernize infrastructure and optimize energy usage based on energy demand.
