We strive to go above and beyond, especially when it comes to our own responsibility to the environment and our efforts to reduce emissions. Our initiatives include reducing the sulfur content in our fuels and early adoption of new emission control technology.

At Constellation, we support local communities and causes with charitable giving and sponsorships – typically driven by our employees. In 2025, Constellation contributed a total of $4.5 million in combined company, Foundation and employee contributions. Plus, our employees logged 128,900 volunteer hours in service to our communities.

Safety is our top priority. All of our Generation facilities employ advanced emergency response plans to protect the health and safety of our employees and the public. These comprehensive plans are carefully reviewed and approved by state governments and federal regulatory agencies. Our emergency planning process also includes coordination with local and municipal officials, thousands of volunteers and first responders.

To protect the safety and health of our employees, contractors, customers and communities, we've implemented a number of initiatives to promote safety both on and off the job. These include a safety behavior observation program and initiatives focused on areas of high risk. We integrate safety training into new employee orientation and leadership development programs for supervisors and managers. Plus, our safety peer group identifies successful pilot programs and practices that can be adopted by the entire organization.
