Shared Commitment

Our greatest strength to amplify is the volunteer leadership of our team. Constellation employees demonstrate incredible leadership and passion for causes near and dear to their hearts, giving their time, their dollars or both back to causes in our communities.

In turn, we amplify, champion, and celebrate employee community engagement and achievements through our Impact Leaders volunteer leadership, our Employee Giving Programs, and by supporting opportunities in our local communities.

Our employees embraced the power of giving back during 2023 National Volunteer Month. A total of 1,605 Constellation employees served 5,600 hours at 130 events across 12 states to lift up our communities. Volunteers participated in events such as tree planting, park clean ups, assembling STEM kits and preparing meals for underserved community members, showcasing Constellation’s commitment to being a catalyst for positive change in our communities.
