As America celebrates 250 years, it faces one of the greatest energy opportunities in its history. No company is better positioned than Constellation to help power America's next era of growth, and we have both the responsibility and the opportunity to lead.
Our role as the nation's largest producer of reliable, emissions-free energy provides the foundation for us to strengthen the grid and help customers propel their energy journeys. It also sets us up to uplift our communities, sustain good-paying jobs and create new pathways into the energy workforce.
The next 250 years will be defined by how we balance growth, sustainability and opportunity – and Constellation is built for that challenge. By powering progress and investing in people, we're helping ensure America's future is as strong, resilient and bright as its past.
As America marks its 250th anniversary, Constellation stands as the country's largest energy producer – and we’re committed to building upon our leading role. Pathways are in place for nearly 10 GW of new generation as we invest in nuclear license extensions to keep our fleet running through mid-century. We also see the potential to add across our nuclear fleet 1,000 MW of uprated capacity – technology upgrades that will enable us to get more output from our clean energy centers without the need for new-build. We’re bringing 835 MW back online at the Crane Clean Energy Center to help Microsoft deliver on its AI ambitions. There are also avenues to more dispatchable gas and battery storage to power everything from the data economy to onshoring and electrification.

America's clean energy future starts with maintaining and expanding the assets we already have. Our clean generation has helped avoid more than 500 million metric tons of carbon emissions in the four years since we’ve become an independent company. We’re committed to helping the country transition to a clean energy future and are working today and in the years to come to invest in and advance new technologies supporting that transition. In addition to covering more of the country geographically, our combination with Calpine adds new geothermal, battery storage and carbon capture and sequestration capabilities that support decarbonizing America's power grid.

America's growing energy needs require more than additional generation – they require smarter energy solutions. Constellation will continue to offer a range of innovative products and services designed to help customers navigate efforts to decarbonize while maintaining reliability. Our growing platform gives businesses – including 80% of the Fortune 100 – more control over how they buy, manage and use energy. With the right tools and tailored support, we’ll enhance our ability to help customers procure hourly carbon-free supply, enable new-build renewable projects, track their carbon footprint, set and hit their sustainability goals, boost efficiency and reduce emissions along the way.

Continuing to invest in the energy workforce of the future is essential to keeping America moving forward. Constellation, and our industry as a whole, needs skilled people – from engineers and operators who design, operate and maintain power plants to data analysts and sustainability experts advising our customers. By developing that talent pipeline now, we’re not just supporting today's grid, we’re powering long-term economic growth, strengthening our communities and helping ensure the U.S. stays competitive for decades to come.

We know strong communities are key to a strong country and will play a key role in powering long-term prosperity. That's why we're focused on making a tangible difference where we live and work – supporting our neighbors, investing locally, and helping communities thrive. Constellation continues to raise the bar when it comes to philanthropic giving and employee volunteerism. In 2025, Constellation set company records with $24.5 million in total giving and 128,900 volunteer hours. Collectively, we challenge ourselves to best our performance in those areas year after year.

For 250 years, America has been fueled by determination and a willingness to innovate and build what's next. The next chapter will require reliable, clean energy to support new industries, stronger communities and continued economic growth. At Constellation, we're proud to help power that future.
