BALTIMORE (April 22, 2026) – Constellation (NASDAQ: CEG) earned the No. 1 spot on Barron's annual "Most Sustainable U.S. Companies" rankings, which evaluate the country's 1,000 largest publicly traded companies on 230 performance indicators including environmental impact, workforce development and community support. This year's recognition marks the third time in as many years that Constellation has secured a spot in the top 10 of Barron's annual rankings. The company debuted on the list in 2024 as No. 9 and moved up to No. 5 in 2025.
In addition to being the largest clean energy producer in the U.S., Constellation's generation portfolio also boasts the lowest carbon emissions rate among the 20 largest privately- or investor-owned power producers in the country. Constellation also set company records for philanthropy and volunteerism in 2025, including $24.5 million in total giving and nearly 130,000 employee volunteer hours.
