Exelon Statement on FERC’s Minimum Offer Price Rule Order

By granting the request of fossil generators, this order completely undermines state clean and renewable energy programs, and will cost thousands of jobs, increase air pollution and unnecessarily raise electricity bills by $2.4 billion annually. Given this stunning decision, it’s critical that PJM now give states enough time to react and protect families and businesses.
