President and Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Dominguez is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation, which employs 14,000 workers, has generating capacity of more than 32,400 megawatts and serves more than 16 million homes and businesses with clean energy. With revenues of more than $17 billion and total assets of $49 billion, Constellation comprises both the nation's lowest-carbon fleet among large power producers and the largest competitive energy supplier.
Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer
Barrón serves as chief strategy and growth officer for Constellation, the nation’s largest producer of carbon-free energy and the leading competitive retail supplier of energy products and services for 2 million homes and businesses across the United States. In this role, Barrón is responsible for corporate strategy, corporate development, sustainability, communications, corporate relations, and philanthropy, as well as for co-leading Constellation’s data economy business development initiatives, working to ensure that our clean energy centers are poised to power this essential industry moving forward. She also leads the company’s work to identify new opportunities to bring new reliable, clean energy sources to the grid.
Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Policy Officer
Dardis is a veteran energy industry lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing utilities, electric generation companies, and power and gas marketers, and serving in the federal government. He manages all legal, government and regulatory affairs for Constellation as well as the corporate governance and corporate compliance functions. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Daniel L. Eggers is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Constellation. In this role, he is responsible for leading the execution of all financial activities for the Constellation business. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.

Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer, Hanson is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new Constellation’s power generation fleet, which includes nearly 100 generating units in 19 states and Canada. Constellation operates the largest clean energy fleet in America, producing electricity from 10 fuel types including nuclear, natural gas, hydro, wind and solar. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.
Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer for Constellation, Koehler leads the company’s efforts in the areas of information technology, strategic technology platforms, cybersecurity, supply, and transportation. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Constellation’s information technology and digital strategy including resources and technology innovation and for ensuring effective and secure delivery and support of technology systems to all areas of the company. Additionally, Koehler is providing support for the data center business development work and harnessing the advantages of the data economy and AI for the business. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Constellation, Kutansky and her team are responsible for the company’s human resource operations, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, diversity, equity & inclusion, workforce development, talent management, human resources systems, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness. She also oversees the real estate and facilities and corporate security teams. She serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, McHugh is responsible for the wholesale and retail business units, customer operations, commercialization and development. He serves on the Constellation Executive Committee, which sets strategy and direction for the company.

Judy Rader is the senior vice president of Corporate Affairs and chief communications officer, leading integrated marketing communications strategy, planning and execution for Constellation and managing the company’s brand and reputation.
