With 16 years of experience as a chief financial officer at global, capital-intensive companies, Brlas’s proven leadership skills bring valuable knowledge and a diverse perspective to Constellation’s Board and to her service on the Audit and Finance and Risk Committees.

Brlas most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Newmont Mining Corporation, a leading gold and copper producer with U.S and international operations, until her retirement in 2016. From 2006 to 2013, Brlas served in a succession of senior leadership positions at iron ore producer Cleveland-Cliffs, Inc., most recently as Executive Vice President and President, Global Operations.

Brlas currently serves on the boards of Albemarle Corporation, a global chemical manufacturer; Graphic Packaging, which specializes in the design and manufacturing of packaging for commercial products; and Autoliv, Inc., an automotive safety supplier. She previously served as a director of Perrigo Company plc (over-the-counter pharmaceutical and nutritional product manufacturing), Calpine Corporation (electricity generation), and NOVA Chemical Corporation (plastics and chemical manufacturing). Brlas is a certified public accountant and certified management accountant. Brlas previously served as a member of the Exelon Board from 2018 through 2022, when Constellation separated from Exelon.
